We will no longer ship to any address other than the customer Billing Address. If you need to have an item sent to a different shipping address, please contact us at 800-651-2521, in order to make special arrangements.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground are shipped via Priority Mail. Once your order has been proccesed and shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking information for your package.

Shipping is a flat fee of $10.99 per order.

Returns Information

All orders are covered by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee. To return a product, please email us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. In the case of a defective product, we generally will pay for return shipping charges.
